Suthry Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Suthry application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Suthry LLC ("Suthry," "we," "our," or "us"). By using Suthry, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Suthry provides an AI-powered emotional wellness and conversational companion designed to promote self-reflection and emotional support. Suthry is not a medical or mental health service and does not replace professional therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are in crisis or need emergency mental health support, please contact your local emergency services or a licensed mental health professional.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Suthry. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify Suthry immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Use of the Service

You agree to use Suthry only for lawful and personal purposes. You may not:

• Upload or share harmful, obscene, or illegal content

6. AI Interactions and Limitations

Suthry uses artificial intelligence models (such as OpenAI or other providers) to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy and empathy, AI-generated content may not always be factual or appropriate.

You understand and agree that:

• Conversations are generated algorithmically and not by a human therapist
• Any advice, insight, or guidance provided is for informational or self-reflective purposes only
• Suthry LLC is not responsible for decisions made based on AI interactions

7. Data and Privacy

Our handling of user data is governed by the Suthry Privacy Policy. By using Suthry, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data as described in that Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided through Suthry—including logos, trademarks, and AI model outputs—are the property of Suthry LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Suthry for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Subscription and Payments

If Suthry offers paid subscriptions or features:

• Fees, billing cycles, and refund policies will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase
• You authorize Suthry (and applicable payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method
• You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account or app store settings

10. Disclaimers

Suthry is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, availability, or suitability for a particular purpose. Suthry LLC is not liable for any emotional distress, data loss, or damages arising from use of the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suthry LLC and its affiliates, officers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the Service within the last 12 months.

You may discontinue use of Suthry at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior. Upon termination, certain obligations (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
